Purchasing Flashcard Suite

There are currently two different editions of Flashcard Suite, the Student Edition and the Educator Edition. Both are designed to be simple to use, without sacrificing speed or functionality. To purchase Flashcard Suite you must first download the Evaluation version of either program and then register your copy.

The Student Edition offers all the basic functionality you need to create a deck of flashcards and test yourself with them. Choose almost any font installed on your system. Change the text color and size. Add, edit, delete cards or combine decks to create a more difficult deck. And when you are finished entering your deck, test yourself with it. Test the whole deck, a portion of the deck, or a random sampling of cards.

The Educator Edition offers all the functionality of the Student Edition (see above) as well as the ability to publish your deck(s) on the Internet (you must have your own webspace). You can find some example pages here. It is as easy as selecting the decks you want published and choosing a directory where you want them to end up. Flashcard Suite creates all the necessary webpages for you so that your students can run the test on the decks you selected. Furthermore, your students do not need to own a copy of Flashcard Suite to view these decks, all they need is access to a Web Browser (ie. Internet Explorer 5 or Netscape 6).
